Refund policy

We have a 14 calendar-day return policy, which means you have calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. 

You then have a further 14 calendar days, after the cancellation notice, to return the goods to us at your expense and arrangement to: 

MS Global Trading, C/O Helsby and Longden, Unit 5 Ashville Way, Sutton Weaver, Runcorn, WA7 3EZ.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary.

The extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop.

We will then email you a link to a returns form which you need to complete as accurately as possible.

Damages and issues
Make sure you examine your item(s) within 48 hours from delivery to check over the goods and report any non-manufacturing defects such as damage in transit. The seller will not be liable for any non-manufacturing damage reported after this time.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal goods (such as beauty products, unwrapped mattresses). 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 calendar days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
