Delivery Information

At Bliss Pergolas, every order is made just for you! Because we custom-build each pergola to order, please allow 6 to 8 weeks for your delivery to arrive. We believe great things are worth the wait—and we promise it’ll be worth it!

Delivery Costs

We offer free delivery to most of the UK! However, some remote or offshore areas do have a small delivery fee:

  • £39.95 – AB, DD, KW, PH, IV

  • £99.95 – BT, HS, ZE, GY, JE, IM, PO30–PO40, PA20–PA98, and offshore Scottish islands

Deliveries to these areas may take an extra 10 working days once dispatched.

What to Expect on Delivery Day

Your pergola will be delivered to your ground floor or garden area, depending on your preference.

A few tips to make the process smooth:

  • Please keep all packaging until you’ve checked your pergola.

  • Inspect everything within 48 hours and let us know if anything was damaged in transit so we can help quickly.

  • We can’t accept responsibility for damage reported after this time.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order

Changed your mind? No worries—you can cancel at any time before your order is dispatched for a full refund.

If the item has already been shipped:

  • You can either accept delivery and return it to our Runcorn warehouse yourself, or

  • Refuse delivery and we’ll arrange the return for you. A £120 return fee applies.*

Missed deliveries or incorrect delivery details may also result in a return fee, so please double-check your info at checkout.

*If you live in one of the areas with a delivery surcharge, the return fee will include that cost too.

Delivery Access

We deliver using vehicles up to the size of a large bin lorry, so please let us know at checkout if access to your property is tight. If our couriers can’t safely deliver due to access issues, additional fees may apply to reschedule.
